We are looking for experienced scaffolding installers for industrial maintenance projects in Finland. 8 people needed in total – 2 teams of 3 installers + 1 experienced team lead each. More experienced candidates can be considered for a Team Lead / Senior Scaffolder role. Start ASAP.

Responsibilities
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding at industrial maintenance sites
- Working in teams of 3 installers + 1 team lead
- Following safety regulations and site-specific procedures
- Maintaining scaffolding quality and structural integrity
- Potentially working extended hours and weeks up to 60h (overtime paid by law)
- Possible relocation to other sites across Finland
What matters most in this role?
Safety and reliability. Industrial scaffolding requires a strong safety mindset and the physical ability to work at height under demanding conditions. Team lead candidates must demonstrate leadership and verifiable scaffolding experience.
Requirements
- Previous scaffolding experience (industrial or construction)
- Good physical condition and ability to work at height
- Strong safety mindset – non-negotiable
- EU citizenship required
- English communication skills
- Ready to stay in Finland for at least 6 months
- Reliable and stable work attitude
