Long-term shipyard insulation work in Finland. The role covers insulation of ship interior spaces, wall structures, and piping systems. For sheet-metal capable candidates, the role may also include installing or modifying thin metal cladding over insulated pipes, ducts, and technical structures.

Responsibilities
- Insulation of ship interior spaces, wall structures, and piping systems
- Cutting, measuring, and fitting insulation accurately
- Working with wall and pipe insulation
- Sheet-metal cladding over insulated pipes, ducts, and technical structures (for eligible candidates)
- Reading and following basic technical drawings
- Maintaining quality standards in a shipyard environment

Precision and safety mindset. Good spatial awareness and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential in a shipyard environment where quality directly impacts vessel safety.
Requirements
- Background in shipyard insulation, industrial insulation, or pipe insulation (preferred)
- Experience cutting, measuring, and fitting insulation accurately
- Good spatial awareness – neat, tight-fitting results with minimal gaps
- Ability to read basic technical drawings
- Independent working ability with low supervision
- Understanding of shipyard / industrial quality standards
- Safety-minded – PPE and shipyard rules followed without exception
- English working level minimum (some Russian may be useful)
- Stable, long-term work attitude
- EU citizenship (sourcing from Poland & Lithuania)
