FEBA Staff is looking for experienced shipyard supervisors for ongoing shipbuilding work in Finland. The positions are suitable for experienced marine industry professionals who can supervise subcontractors, control quality and schedule, and work confidently in a multicultural shipyard environment.

Responsibilities
- Electrical Supervisor: Supervision of shipyard electrical works, safety, quality, coordination and technical correctness
- Piping Supervisor: Supervision of ship piping installation, drawings, measurements, materials, quality and progress
- Outfitting Supervisor: Supervision of interior, outfitting and equipment installation works
- Deck / Area Outfitting Supervisor: Supervision of deck and area outfitting packages, subcontractor progress and quality
- Senior Supervisor / Area Manager: Broad coordination role across several work fronts or supervisors for stronger candidates
What matters most in these roles?
Subcontractor coordination and quality control. Successful candidates must be able to manage teams effectively, maintain tight schedules, and ensure all safety and technical standards are met in a high-pressure shipyard environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of shipyard supervisory or coordination experience
- Solid technical background in Electrical, Piping, or Outfitting
- Ability to supervise subcontractors, control quality, and monitor schedules
- Confidence working in a multicultural shipyard environment
- English or Finnish language skills (working level)
- EU citizenship or valid work rights for Finland
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
