Sujuvat Suomi Oy is a Finnish staffing company supplying skilled professionals to industrial projects. We are looking for TIG welders with real depth of pipe welding experience for projects in Kotka, Kajaani and Kouvola, Finland. The welder is employed by Sujuvat Suomi Oy and works at the end client’s site. Recruitment is handled by FEBA Staff.

Responsibilities
- TIG pipe welding in the metal industry
- TIG 141 process, bright (stainless) steel, filler material group FM5
- Working under continuous and strict quality control
- Welds are inspected using NDT methods
What matters most in this role?
Real depth of pipe welding experience. The client is looking for skilled welders, and a welding test is part of the selection — it is held in all cases and passing it is a condition of selection.
Requirements
- Solid TIG pipe welding experience (TIG 141, stainless steel)
- A valid qualification is preferred but not an absolute barrier — a test can be arranged
- Valid safety and hot work cards are preferred
- Readiness to take the welding test, which is a condition of selection
- Right to work in the EU (nationality is not a criterion, no security clearance required)
